Return Eligibility

We accept returns only within 5 days from the date of delivery and only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product received is defective or faulty.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (Order ID/Invoice).

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Size-related issues.
  • Change of mind.
  • Color preference issues.
  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Requests made after 5 days from the delivery date.

Return Request Process

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  2. Share your Order ID along with clear photos/videos of the product.
  3. Our team will review the request and verify the issue.
  4. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refund Policy

After the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If the return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
